Job Description
Join Ausenco as a Junior Field Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer in Vancouver or Calgary. This position involves site work at a Northern BC mine on a 2-week rotation, focusing on construction oversight and compliance.
Becoming part of Ausenco’s EPCM site team means supporting quality control and tracking the performance of electrical and instrumentation initiatives. Leverage your engineering skills to oversee contractor performance, validate scope and changes, and prepare essential documentation. You'll work closely with Senior Engineers and the contracts team to contribute to project success effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enforce quality compliance throughout construction
• Monitor and report on E&I project progress
• Coordinate with contractors for performance validations
• Assist with documentation and change notice validations
• Prepare contractor packages in advance of work
Requirements:
• Engineering degree in Electrical or Electronics – EIT
