Field Ecologist: Tropical BEF Research & Large-Scale Trials

Natural Resources Institute Finland seeks a post-doctoral researcher to design and manage a large-scale ecological field experiment in Indonesian oil palm plantations to study biodiversity-ecosystem function by manipulating understory vegetation.

The successful candidate will design and initiate the experiment, implement treatment regimes in the field, monitor outcomes, and collaborate with researchers across Finland, the UK, Belgium and Indonesia, while spending time in Riau and at Luke’s
