Field Desktop Support Engineer (Windows & Mac)

NSC Global in Bergen is seeking a Desktop Support Field Engineer to join our growing IT services team. You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows OS, Apple devices, printers and peripherals across client sites, with emphasis on reliability and user support.

The role requires strong hardware knowledge, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist or equivalent, and hands-on experience with SMS/AD/Exchange, network basics (TCP/IP) and in-person customer service.
