Job Description

Responsibilities
Coordinate and track daily labour hours, including cost coding, detailed work descriptions, and attendance notes (., absences, sick time)
Prepare and submit daily payroll and material distribution documentation
Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs
Review project scopes and assist with coordinating and scheduling
Support weekly cost tracking and reporting across lump sum, budget, and time & material projects
Assist site foremen with the preparation of quotes and estimates (cost-plus and lump sum)
Track, manage, and return rental equipment
Monitor PPE inventory levels and coordinate procurement from internal and external suppliers
Engage with clients to support Change Orders (COs) and Purchase Orders (POs)
Review and provide additional details for Purchase Orders as required by administration
