Field Claim Specialist Auto

Reporting to the Manager Claims Auto Field, the Field Claim Specialist Auto ensures we deliver on our promise to help restore our customers after they had a loss in a fast, fair and efficient manner.

Accountabilities

• Reviewing damage photos & claim file loss details to validate damages are loss related
• Create a loss damage estimate that accurately represents known damages
• Explain the repair estimate to the client and negotiate a settlement
• Explain the rental process
• Ensure the delivery of individual results within appropriate metrics, including quality, quantity, timeliness, productivity and customer satisfaction
• Provide on the job training and feedback for team members as requested by manager
• Recommend and implement changes and/or enhancements to claim policies, best practices, procedures and continuous improvement
• Support effective partnerships with agents and brokers
