Position Summary
The AbbVie Care Field Case Manager (FCM) plays a vital role guiding patients, healthcare providers, and program partners throughout the patient’s medication journey. Working primarily from a dedicated home office, the FCM also visits healthcare professionals and clinics as needed, offering a balance of remote work and meaningful in-person connections. As an FCM, you will ensure every step of the patient journey is well‑coordinated and truly patient‑centered, collaborate with healthcare providers, tackle challenges, and advocate for patients using strong communication and organizational skills. This is a 15‑month contract role.
