FIELD / AVOCADO FARM MANAGER

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Agricultural Diploma/Degree
• At least 3 years’ experience in tree crops
• Knowledge of Avocado farming and strong understanding of Avocado production
• Must have good record keeping skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Must be hardworking, driven to succeed and initiative
• Excellent communication
• Valid driver’s license
• Valid passport
