Field Associate
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrate resources to carry out nursery and ICB planting, pollination and harvest to secure quality, in‐time in‐full seed returns.
Take lead responsibility for field mapping, planting, plot identification, harvesting, data collection and data management with internal IT systems.
Complete and/or participate in safety inspections/training and comply with all company policies, code of conduct and standard operating procedures.
Follow up the work instructions and participate in QMS Internal Audit.
Supervise and train contractors and seasonal employees on standard operating procedures and tool operations.
Collaborate with team members to deliver detailed experimental protocols that enable advancement decisions by pipelines, breeders, and scientists.
Provide timely reports on nursery and ICB progress, particularly notifying supervisors of any significant deviation from plan.
