Job Description:
Core Switching Group (CSG) Software Field Applications Engineer (FAE) will be supporting industry leading XGS-Tomahawk series of products in AI clusters for scale up, scale out, scale across applications. This individual will be responsible for top-5 cloud customers who are leaders in compute and AI/ML space.
Key responsibilities are to assist customers in running SoNIC, switch development kit in their OS/platform environment, be familiar with embedded OS's like linux, identify s/w bugs, write/suggest software fixes, suggest the appropriate use of APIs to implement features like traffic management, congestion control, scheduling, give SDK overview presentations.
