About Shift
Shift pays everyday workers to record short videos of the tasks they already do (in kitchens, workshops, job sites, and warehouses) to help train the next generation of AI and robotics. We've paid out over $5M to 25,000+ workers across 15+ countries, and we're expanding into the skilled trades across the UK.
The Role
We're hiring a Field Acquisition Specialist to grow our network of trade businesses on the ground. You'll go door-to-door to local manufacturers, plumbers, electricians, machine shops, and other trades, and sign their teams up to earn supplemental income through the Shift app. You're not selling anything; instead, you're bringing these businesses and their workers a new way to get paid for work they already do every day. Your job is to find them, explain the opportunity, and get them recording.
