Female Support Workers in Paddock Wood

We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Female Support Workers to complete a new care team supporting a male client with a spinal cord injury who lives independently in his own home.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fresh, supportive team, helping to shape high-quality, person-centred care.

You will play a vital role in supporting independence, dignity, and quality of life. The client has pet dogs, so you must be comfortable around animals, including large dogs. The role also includes supporting a client who smokes.

Location: Paddock Wood, Kent

Roles Available:

• Part time: 12 hours / 1 shift per week
• Full time: 36 hours/ 3 shifts per week

Shift Patterns:

• Day Shifts: 08:00-20:00
• Waking Nights: 20:00-08:00
