Overview To service all customers and guests of the Golden Nugget Spa and Salon to the highest possible standards of guest service. To maintain the highest possible cleanliness standards, while also delivering personalized guest experience. To establish guest ownership in resolving guest challenges in delivering stellar guest service. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity). Responsibilities Know, understand, and adhere to the policies, procedures, and SOP’s of the Corporation and Spa Operations Department. Provide a positive guest service experience to each guest including but not limited to courtesy, sincerity and enthusiasm to all guests of the Golden Nugget Spa and Salon.
