We are looking for a senior support worker within our Leeds Extra Care Service in Richmond Hill. Your role will be to support the management team in the local oversight of people supported across a community as well as in accommodation-based settings. We are looking for a warm, flexible and motivated individual to provide person centred care at our extra support service which enables older people to enjoy an active and independent lifestyle. You will work directly alongside individuals and promote healthy living and independence. We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, inclusive, organised and caring individual with forward-thinking qualities to support our service users to achieve greater independence, with the aim of working in partnership with agencies involved in their support and care planning.
