 Summary/Objective 
 This is a two-year trainee position, which reports to the Director of Feed Mill Quality Assurance, and will focus on developing the individual to be placed in a Feed Mill supervision or management position at the conclusion of the training period. Travel is a requirement of this position.
 Development Plan___________________________________________________________________
 The development plan will be structured as follows:
 First 6 months working directly with the Director of Feed Mill Quality Assurance, including traveling to complexes, attending industry and internal meetings, and completing training as required by the developmental plan.
