Job Description
Embark on a rewarding role as a Package Handler with FedEx Canada. Handle essential freight operations such as loading, unloading, scanning, and sorting to support the logistics workflow.
In this hands-on position, your responsibilities will include managing freight to maintain operational efficiency within the facility. You'll be expected to possess good interpersonal skills and complete all necessary training on time. Physical endurance is crucial as you will lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs, utilizing appropriate tools provided.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load and unload freight with precision
• Scan and sort packages to ensure smooth flow
• Complete required basic and recurrent training programs
• Operate within a PC Windows environment
• Lift and maneuver freight safely as per guidelines
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred
• Knowledge of FedEx operations is preferred
