Job Description
The Foundry Sourcing Manager is responsible for the end-to-end commercial management of Nexperia’s external wafer fabrication partners. You will act as the primary commercial interface between Nexperia and global foundries, driving high-value negotiations, securing critical capacity, and managing technology roadmaps. This role is pivotal in ensuring that Nexperia’s frontend supply chain is cost-competitive, technologically advanced, and resilient to market fluctuations.
What you will do
Foundry Strategy & Negotiation
Lead Foundry Negotiations: Drive all commercial discussions with foundry partners, focusing on wafer pricing, Volume Purchase Agreements (VPAs), and Long-Term Agreements (LTAs).
Strategic Sourcing: Partner with the Sourcing Director to develop and execute a robust Foundry Sourcing Strategy that aligns with Nexperia’s long-term product and technology roadmaps.
