Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and hand out menus.
- Take meal and beverage orders from customers and accurately relay them to the kitchen.
- Make menu recommendations and inform patrons of any specials available.
- Deliver meals and beverages to tables or rooms promptly once prepared.
- Check in with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their meal.
- Prepare the bill for tables or rooms when requested.
- Cash up bills, ensuring the correct amount is received, and administer change if necessary.
