Job Description
- To perform daily food and beverage service tasking.
- To ensure cleaning task is done by ensuring all tables, chairs, plates and cutleries, machines, work area is clean and arranged neatly after each service accorded to cleaning tasking schedule.
- To set up and clear buffet counter complete with all necessary plateware, cutleries, cloths, utensils, food tags, menu of the day before operation start.
- To support in trayline for the set meal and delivery up to the guest floor.
- To ensure all F&B coverage is clean and tidy at all times.
- To support all paperwork and administrative matters as required.
- To ensure the uphold of grooming standard.
Job Requirement
- Minimum SPM or certificate in hospitality field.
- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in F&B.
- Basic understanding of Chinese cuisine or confinement meals will be added advantage.
