F&B Cost Controller

JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced F&B Cost Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling food and beverage costs to ensure profitability and efficiency. This role involves preparing various reports, conducting inventory reconciliations, and coordinating with the F&B operations team.

We are looking for candidate with 4+ years of experience in the field of Finance, Accounting and F&B industry

Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field, Professional course added advantage.

Cost Controller Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on purchases, sales, COGS, and stock status.
• Follow up with the F&B operations team to ensure accurate batch production and inventory status.
