We are seeking an experienced and dynamic F&B Captain to join our team in Sepang, Malaysia. As an F&B Captain, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests while leading and motivating our service team.
- Greet and interact with guests, addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professional
- Proper handling of cashier, ensure that all bills were correctly charged and appropriate change return to guest, for any cash payment made by guest. For credit card, e-wallet, on-line payment, ensures that correct amount entered, and all bills must be posted, closed immediately in POS upon guest’s payment received.
