Primary Responsibilities

  • Assists the Food & Beverage Manager in the day-to-day operation of the hotel as required. Duties also include handling the calendar and administration assistance for the F & B department.
  • Manages communications, drafts correspondence and other business memoranda, creates presentations, proofreads, edits and formats business documents, schedules meetings and coordinates office functions.
  • Screens telephone calls, confirms appointments, conducts research, scans and prints publications and compiles materials.
  • Arranges and schedules appointments, organizes paperwork, handles travel arrangements, orders office supplies and manages information access through the use of telephones, mail and electronic messaging.
  • Maintains the filing system up-to-date including all retail files, maintains trace file and brings forward daily items to act on appropriate tasks.
