Job Description
Willmar Poultry Farms is seeking a full-time Farms Supervisor. An affiliate of Life-Science Innovations, Willmar Poultry Farms is a commercial grow out company who grows turkeys for various customers.
The Farms Supervisor oversees the overall management of turkey farms including employees, flock well-being, barn conditions and bio-security while ensuring the compliance of company policies and procedures, along with industry regulations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operations: Overseeing flock welfare; supervising major bird activities, such as vaccinations, flock load outs and new flock arrivals.
Inspects farms on a weekly basis Responds to alarm calls for barns 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in the absence of the Farm Manager Management:
