Job Description
The Farm Manager (Layers) is responsible for managing daily farm operations to ensure optimal flock performance, biosecurity compliance, production targets, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage breeder flock health, performance, and production KPIs
- Ensure strict implementation of biosecurity and disease prevention
- Oversee egg production, quality, and handling processes
- Manage feed, farm operations, and maintenance activities
- Lead, supervise, and develop farm staff
- Monitor farm performance and prepare regular reports
- Control operational costs and support budget management
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary or Agriculture
- Indonesia Citizen (WNI)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in poultry farming, with at least 3-4 years in a supervisory/managerial role
