Farm Manager

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planting and cultivating activities.
• Follow sustainable soy farming practices such as crop rotation, reduced-till or no-till, water and nutrient management, precision farming technology and cover crops.
• Oversee the activities of clearing the fields.
• Manage overall operation of farm.
• Maintain financial and production records.

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
