Job Description
Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Horticulture, Farm Management, or related field. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in farm management, preferably in fruit or strawberry production. Strong knowledge of modern agricultural techniques, irrigation systems, and pest control. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Financial acumen with budgeting and cost management experience. Knowledge of farm machinery and equipment maintenance. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on farm environment. Familiarity with export regulations and international market requirements. Knowledge of farm software and technology for data-driven decision-making.
