Job Summary:

Responsible for washing restaurant equipment and utensils and assisting with maintenance of kitchen area.

Essential Functions:

• Ensure compliance with the applicable Tribal, Federal and other laws and gaming regulations and Kickapoo Lucky Eagle policies and procedures.
• Ensure the highest possible standards of guest services by properly listening and responding to guest and team member concerns and questions.
• Wash silverware, dishes, cooking utensils, equipment and displays.
• Operate dishwashing machine and use compartment/industrial sinks.
• Clean assigned kitchens by sweeping and mopping floors, walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, and ensuring that kitchen areas are free from debris.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace bags or liners.
