Family Support Worker – Early Help and Support Team
As a Family Support Worker within Shropshire's Early Help and Support Team (EHAST), you will work directly with children, young people and their families to provide quick, practical support at the earliest opportunity, with a how can we help? approach. This is a fast‑paced, rewarding role where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
- Complete home visits to support families and children.
- Communicate with other professionals and build positive relationships.
- Help families identify solutions and connect them with the appropriate services to prevent needs from escalating.
- Build and maintain professional boundaries while working closely with families and partner agencies.
