Role and Facility Information
Title: Family Physician – Successful applicants eligible for a 0.2 FTE medical lead.
Contract: Contract at 0.4 FTE – typically 672 hours a year (compensation scaled to FTE).
Location: n.St’at’imc Nations – Lillooet, BC (may include on‑reserve services).
Compensation: Physician Master Agreement Full Scope placement range of $290,842–$363,552 subject to scope of services. Additional Rural Retention Program Premium of 13.97%. Compensation scaled to FTE. Other incentives may apply. Family Physicians are not required to contribute toward overhead.
About the Primary Care Initiative (FNPCI)
The First Nations‑led Primary Care Initiative aims to improve access to primary health‑care services for First Nations people across BC in a culturally safe, community‑based way. It is part of the province’s primary care strategy, integrating team‑based care in communities nationwide.
