Island Health has an opportunity for a locum Anesthesiologist to join a busy anesthesia practice at the North Island Hospital Campbell River & District Campus. The North Island Hospital Campbell River & District Campus is a new hospital with 95 beds and serves a referral population of 60,000. Surgical services include fellowship trained orthopedics (joint revision, arthroscopy & spine), General Surgery, ENT, Plastics, Obs/Gyn, Urology, Dental, and Sedation Service for Endoscopy. Anesthesia is covered 24/7, with some surgical call services shared with neighboring centers in Comox and Courtenay.
