Job Description
Become a Family Practitioner at the Health Center, providing essential services for youth aged 12-26. Join a supportive team and make a difference every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon.
This role requires a College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia license and Canadian College of Family Practitioners membership. You will provide integrated health and wellness services in a drop-in setting, addressing medical and mental health needs ranging from acne to anxiety and school planning. Experience in youth health is essential; sessions are paid for full shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide medical care to youth and young adults
• Address mental health needs in a safe environment
• Tailor your practice to focus on family medicine
• Participate in drop-in clinics every Tuesday and Thursday
• Work with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals
Requirements:
• CPSBC license required for practicing
