Our client, a thriving boutique family law firm located in the north end of Toronto, is growing. They are looking for a bright, energetic Law Clerk to join its friendly team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recent experience in an Ontario family law office and is eager to learn and develop their career.
This client is looking to hire a number of law clerks because of growth!
Duties & Responsibilities
- Meet with and interview clients;
- Prepare or draft – Pleadings, Agreements, Financial Statements, Affidavits, Orders and Continuing Records
- Proficiency in DivorceMate and PCLaw
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
- A professional demeanour;
