Are you passionate about giving children the best start in life? Do you enjoy working with families and want to make a real difference in their community? if so, we have an exciting role that has become available to work within the Cheshire East Council Best Start in Life Family Hubs as Family Advisors (Navigators).

We have a full time (37 hours per week) and part time (22.2 hours per week) role available. The postholders will support the work of the Best Start in Life Family Hubs across the North of the Borough (Congleton, Holme Chapel, Knutsford, Wilmslow, Macclesfield, Poynton & Disley). The family hubs support families with children 0-19 (25 for young people with SEND).
