Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain and repair mechanical equipment used in the energy production process, including pumps, compressors, turbines and other mechanically operated equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure safety and optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and maintenance and adhere to safety regulations.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and repairs with the maintenance team.
- Complete assigned work independently or following well‑defined guidelines and procedures.
- Communicate facts, practices and policies to team members and, when needed, to external parties.
- Identify and resolve challenges, pursue continuous improvement and demonstrate flexibility to adopt new activities and ways of working.
- Follow safety, ethics, compliance requirements and align with company values.
