Responsibilities
Preparing the faculty timetable.
Arranging venues in conjunction with venue management for classes and tutorials.
Preparing Service Level Agreements and co‑ordinate sign off.
Editing and updating faculty calendar.
Scheduling all exam timetables.
Providing curriculum training to relevant stakeholders.
Acting as governance officer to the Academic Planning Committee.
Co‑ordinating all other administrative tasks related to academic planning and the curriculum.
