Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist the Factory Production Manager in supervising the factory/production Team Leaders and workers by overseeing fabrication work for quality consistency and operation efficiency, based on AutoCad drawings and Designs and prepare weekly production plan.
- Ensure all workers follow industry standard health and safety guidelines with weekly WSH safety meeting.
- Make sure daily work plan, PPE, goods arrival and unloading are carried out smoothly, timely, and completely.
- Check Team Leaders record of materials in and out of factory to project sites, all stock and inventory is maintained with accuracy and up to date.
- Organize and upkeep factory storage and movement of inventory are smooth and efficient.
- Assist to source better and cost savings materials from overseas and liaise with overseas suppliers for stock replenishing.
