Job Description
Job Title: Production Operator - Galvanising (Manufacturing)
Positions available:
2 x Production Operator
1 x Production Operator (FLT Licence required - approx. 70% FLT / 30% production duties)Location: Telford
Hours: Monday to Friday - 3 rotating shifts (must be fully flexible to rotate)
Pay: £13.71 per hour + £50 bonus for night shifts (per week)
Contract type: Temp - Perm
Job Purpose
To support the safe and efficient operation of a galvanising production line, ensuring product quality, throughput and housekeeping standards are met. The role involves manual handling, operating production equipment and working to process/quality requirements within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities (Production Operator)
Work as part of the galvanising production team across the full process (e.g., loading/unloading, hanging/racking, dipping support, finishing/inspection, packing).
