Job Description

1. Supervise company operations to ensure efficiency and report to management.
2. Participate in periodic management reviews and continuously improve the quality management system.
3. Plan the use of tools, machinery, and workforce for production.
4. Coordinate with customers and the sales department.
5. Manage production personnel and execute production according to targets and assigned policies.
6. Define working guidelines for each department.
7. Manage maintenance of machines, equipment, and tools to keep them in ready-to-use condition.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
