Key Responsibilities
Facility Operations & Maintenance
- Perform and lead maintenance and troubleshooting for M&E systems including Air Compressor, Dryer, Vacuum, Fire Fighting, Gas, Electrical and utility systems.
- Ensure all systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Support building and infrastructure maintenance to maintain a safe and reliable working environment.
Project Execution & Technical Support
- Handle installation, testing, and commissioning of new or upgraded M&E systems.
- Review technical designs, specifications, and drawings to ensure compliance and practicality.
- Monitor project progress, manpower planning, and material usage to achieve timely delivery.
