Job Description

Facilities (WS&O) is a service department focused on providing adequate conditions for equipment, systems, building, services, projects, and construction to support the correct operation of the plant. The WS&O Projects area focuses on project planning and implementation following the LEGO Project Model methodology. This role manages and leads projects supporting the existing and future needs for facilities’ systems, technology, equipment, expansion, and retrofit of existing assets.

Location: LEGO Operaciones de Mexico manufacturing factory, Cienega de Flores, NL. Not a remote position.

• Analyze the needs and requirements of the Steering Committee for each assigned project, define scope, objectives, purpose, stakeholders, and deliverables, and develop the feasibility study and Business Case in accordance with the LEGO Project Model.
