Job Description
The Facility Project Manager shall provide supervision of all CMI on-site staff and will manage the overall coordination of services and performance of facilities maintenance, landscaping, janitorial, refuse collection, and security services at CMI’s customer site in Birmingham, AL.
Key Job Functions
Responsible for meeting the cost, performance, and schedule requirements throughout the contract execution and manage service requests, emergencies, projects, etc.Responsible for inspecting preventive maintenance procedures, identifying inadequate performance, and training or re-training personnel on proper procedures, and ensuring that the education and training manual is updated monthlyOversee the operations, staffing and performance, ensuring facility services are delivered that meet or exceed customer guidelines in a high quality, cost effective and timely mannerActively participate in capital improve...
