FACILITY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as a Facility Operations Specialist in the Submarine Learning Center Groton, CT of NAVAL SUBMARINE SCHOOL NLON. Responsibilities You will conduct daily and scheduled facility inspections of nine buildings assigned to SLC, GT. You will initiate requests for minor, new construction or repairs. You will identify and documents deficiencies and recommends corrective actions. You will provide support, to ensure facilities are adequately maintained. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
