The role manages preventive maintenance programs, service delivery standards, safety compliance, and operational budgets to ensure that facilities remain safe, functional, and cost-efficient. The FM Manager leads both hard and soft services teams, coordinates service providers, and supports long-term asset lifecycle planning.
