Job Description

This is service, maintenance, and repair work at the lead worker level coordinating services provided by Jacksonville Sheriff Office inmates. Requirements include skilled craft work making repairs for existing plumbing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, security and life safety equipment and systems. Work requires knowledge of the techniques, methods, work routines and procedures used in custodial work and minor facility repair work. This is accomplished using specialized skills which are acquired through training and job experience. Schedules, distributes, oversees and guides the work of others.
