**Facility Maintenance Supervisor**
**Location:** Franklin, TN
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
**Position Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Facility Maintenance Supervisor** to oversee the daily maintenance operations of our facility in Franklin, TN. This position is responsible for supervising maintenance staff, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring building systems operate efficiently, and maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on maintenance experience, and demonstrated expertise in **waterline repair and plumbing infrastructure maintenance** .
**CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification is preferred but not required.**
