**Key Responsibilities**
+ Responsibility for BMS, fire alarm system, air-compress, city water, HVAC, chiller, waste-water treatment, firefighting, dust collection etc.
+ Make work plan, complete the plan with technical staff, check the implementation results and track the long-term effectiveness.
+ Establish and optimize the existing program files to ensure the effectiveness of preventive maintenance to reduce the frequency of emergency repair.
+ Extend sustainability COE capability/products to support design(research), development and engineering for products and manufacturing process technologies with sustainability.
+ Facility equipment and utility system design, installation, commissioning and start up.
+ Facility system optimization, cost down and energy saving engagement.
