Job Description
GENERAL FUNCTION: Responsible for maintaining Casa de Amparo buildings and grounds in orderly and safe condition. Performs repairs, cleaning, facility set up, moving of donations, furniture and equipment, upkeep of grounds, and other maintenance duties.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift 50lbs. and climb stairs and ladders.
MAJOR TASKS
+ Maintain grounds, using appropriate tools and supplies.
+ Utilize maintenance request database.
+ Attend to janitorial needs on the premises.
+ Assist with pick up of donations and supplies as needed.
+ Pick up/purchase supplies as approved by supervisor in response to maintenance requests.
+ Repair broken items.
+ Light plastering, painting and dry wall repair.
+ Clean and repair screens and windows.
+ Inspect sprinkler, heating and air conditioning systems and report to supervisor for regular service and repai...
