- · Execute and perform daily routine maintenance as well as preventive maintenance scheduled by engineer/executive in charge of Facilities Section.
- Installs, maintains, repairs, overhauls, calibrates and tests a wide variety of industrial instrumentation that record, indicate, control and regulate level, flow, pressure, temperature, position and water analysis for cooling tower system.
- Makes periodic preventative maintenance inspections of all metering control instruments, diagnosing existing or potential trouble; cleans, lubricates, calibrates and adjusts as conditions indicate. Also checking and preventive maintenance of TRANE chiller and utilities pump, AHU, FCU, coldroom and air cond split unit.
- Troubleshoot problems and breakdowns, provide recommendations for problem resolution; provide estimates to production side for repair, replacement, and installation according to problem diagnosis and repair/replacement recommendation...
