Facilities Technician: Electrical, HVAC & Spa Systems

TOPSERVE SERVICE SOLUTIONS INC is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections of building systems and equipment in our facilities.

You will troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues, and maintain spa equipment, pools, pumps, and treatment room gear while ensuring safety and proper operation of all facilities. The role may require flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays when needed.
