**Location:** Johnson City, TN
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
**Pay:** $20/hour
**Employment Type:** Long-term contract with potential for temp-to-hire

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Facilities Support Technician to assist with the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of building systems and facility operations. + Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs across facility systems
+ Replace and maintain plumbing components, including wax seals on toilets
+ Install and adjust fixtures as needed
+ Disassemble, relocate, and reassemble storage racks and equipment
+ Assist with moving and positioning equipment throughout the facility
