Description

Site Upkeep and Cleanliness - handles the overall upkeep of the site, making sure that the cleanliness of the entire site is always at the top level and supervises the housekeeping activities daily
Supports Client Visits from various programs
Assists in the preparation of site-specific events
Manages Locker Issuance and Inventory
Responds and accommodates facilities-related requests filed via SolvNow
Food Concessionaire Management
Tracks inventory of supplies (e.g. cleaning, coffee, drinking water, tissue, etc.)
Processes POs in Workday, receipting and invoicing
Functions as backup to the Facilities Manager

• Responsible for coordinating day to day general cleaning and orderliness of the site.

• Provides instructions to Technicians and Housekeeping to Perform general maintenance work

• May provide direction or assistance with building admin / landlord.
